Our paper, “Estimation of the delayed neutron fraction b_eff of the MEASTRO core in MINERVE Zero Power Reactor” was presented at the PHYSOR 2014 conference in Kyoto, Japan. This work has been done in collaboration with researchers from  CEA DEN/CAD/DER/SPEx/LPE headed by Dr. Patrick Blaise and with researchers from NRCN. This work summarizes the results and analyses of a set of measurements, performed at ZPR MINERVE in Cadarache during September 2013, in order to estimate the delayed neutron fraction b_eff of the MAESTRO core.

The paper was nominated by the technical program committee of Physor 2014 as an excellent paper which should be included in the special issue of Journal of Nuclear Science and Technology (JNST), an official journal published from the Atomic Energy Society of Japan.
